Job Description

Were on the search for an Account Manager, to join our Private Label Solutions (PLS) team in Gurgaon. Private Label Solutions leverages the best of the Expedia Group s partner-facing APIs and template products with a laser focus on B2B, powering hundreds of partners around the world. As the Expedia Group s partner-focused arm, PLS mission is to provide its partners with solutions to fuel their growth. EPS partners with businesses across a wide range of verticals, including loyalty programs, airlines, travel agents, corporate travel management companies and online retailers who remarket PLS rates and availabilities to their travellers.

What youll do:
  • Grow and manage a portfolio of existing and new PLS partners across India
  • Account ownership of partner relationships post-launch with clear profitability/revenue targets and the identification and development of incremental revenue opportunities.
  • Management of a mix of partners from multiple segment with clear profitability/revenue targets.
  • Build effective client relationships and lead complex commercial negotiations
  • Influence the decision making of both internal and external stakeholders through formal and informal negotiations / discussions
  • Travel regularly and meet partners face-to-face. Travel requirements are both domestic and international.
Who you are
  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management, preferably in online travel / commerce / retailing / portals
  • Proficient in Hindi and English with an ability to communicate with partners at a professional level
  • Strong understanding of hotel B2B distribution in India and APAC.
  • Strong relationship / communication skills; required as role is client facing, involving client contact in negotiation and in ongoing partner contact.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage a wide variety of projects simultaneously and under deadline.
  • Technical Project Management experience, a plus.
  • A good understanding of the internet technologies used in the travel industry, a plus
  • Extensive e-commerce experience and familiarity with e-commerce / e-marketing metrics and their management is highly desirable.
  • University Degree. MBA or Master s Degree, a plus.
