Accounting Manager

✓ End to end responsibility of Monthly & Annual Financials including BS, PL & CFS and providing variance analysis against Plan. Oversee and control accounting as per Ind-AS done by outsourced consultant.

✓ Preparation & Tracking of Key KPIs, Weekly Cash flow plan, payment plan.

✓ Driving various weekly/monthly reconciliations across the vertical.

✓ Weekly cash flow planning and alignment with the business heads.

✓ Tracking of payments and payables on a weekly basis to the business head

✓ Business Partnering Works along with the Restaurant Team on all financial aspects pertaining to Finance operations, accounting, and reconciliations

✓ Act as a controller for CAPEX and monitor its progress including its associated cash flows.

✓ Assisting management in taking capital budgeting decisions

✓ Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards

✓ Responsible for External/ Internal Audit for the division/company & due diligence.

✓ Support in ERP Upgradation and integration

✓ Other Adhoc requirements which may come up from time to time.

Experience

✓Qualified Chartered Accountant having proficiency in Ind-AS.

✓Minimum 4-7 years of experience in finance controllership & reporting (preferably QSR, Hotels).

✓SAP knowledge is must (Preferably S/4 HANA)

✓Self-Starter, High Energy, and Entrepreneurial attitude to deliver exceptional financial outcomes.

✓Strong team player who manages collaboratively with all stakeholders

✓Strong influencing and communication skills

✓Ability to manage tight deadlines, attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Functional Skills

✓Strong proficiency in Finance controllership, reporting and Ind AS..

✓Strong numerical and analytical skills

✓Proven success building relationships with partners and being able to successfully influence and negotiate in complex situations.

✓Proven success in driving financial rigor within a cross functional team

Technical Skills

✓Operational knowledge of SAP ERP

✓Should have expertise in use of MS Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint and Word. Power BI will be added advantage.

✓Analytical Ability - Should have a structured thinking process in identifying solutions.
