We are seeking a Manager who is well-versed with accounting tools like Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, etc., and capable of independently handling the finance functions for UK-based clients. Key Responsibilities:
Client Management: Independently manage client relationships and oversee a team handling UK-based clients.
Financial Record Management: Compile, verify, and analyse comprehensive financial records and reports.
Journal Entry Processing: Ensure timely and accurate journal entry processing.
Cash Flow Management: Efficiently manage cash flow and provide accurate forecasting.
Accounts Reconciliation: Conduct bank and vendor reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
Financial Reporting: Prepare, examine, and analyse financial reports, including statements and budgets, to deliver valuable insights to management.
MIS Reporting: Generate and present management information system (MIS) reports, providing key business insights.
Budgeting Forecasting: Prepare budget forecasts and financial projections.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Accounting Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Xero, Sage, and other accounting tools is mandatory.
MS Office Skills: Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
A ttention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively manage UK-based clients.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with teams in both India and the UK.
Work Hours: Must be willing to work as per UK business hours.
