Senior Azure Devops Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, with at least 3 years specifically working with Azure cloud.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience delivering commercial software applications.
• Expertise in configuring and managing Azure services, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure DevOps, Azure Resource Manager, and Azure Active Directory.
• Advanced knowledge of CI/CD pipelines with hands-on experience in tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Strong skills in scripting and automation with languages like PowerShell, Python, and Bash. Experience using the Azure CLI in conjunction with scripting.
• Proficiency in IaC tools (e.g., ARM Templates, Terraform, Ansible).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
• In-depth understanding of networking, security principles, and cloud environment best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
