Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Implement and manage APIs and microservices with TSOA to ensure robust and maintainable code architecture.
• Develop asynchronous communication pipelines using RabbitMQ or similar message brokers for high-performance, event-driven systems.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services using platforms like MuleSoft.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT, Okta, and OAuth2.0 standards.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in backend development, and integration.

Required Skills and Experience

• 7+ years of experience in backend development with a focus on Node.js and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and microservices using frameworks like TSOA or Express.js.
• Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ or other message brokers for asynchronous communication and event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of integration platforms like MuleSoft
• Knowledge in secure authentication mechanisms using JWT, Okta
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices in backend development.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
