Lead Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Full Stack applications using Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
• Architect scalable, event-driven systems using RabbitMQ and implement RESTful APIs with TSOA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate enterprise systems with platforms like MuleSoft.
• Design and implement authentication and authorization solutions using JWT and Okta.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews to ensure best practices in software development.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and provide recommendations to enhance the tech stack.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of professional experience in Full-stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience with message queues like RabbitMQ for event-driven architectures
• Experience with TSOA (TypeScript Open API) for building scalable API frameworks.
• Knowledge of integrating systems with platforms like MuleSoft and implementing authentication mechanisms using JWT and Okta.
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of software architecture patterns.
