Accion Labs - Cloud Data Architect - Azure Platform (14-25 yrs)

Key Skills :

1. Azure Cloud Experience (6+ years in azure, Overall 14+) : Look for Azure architecture design and implementation using data services like Azure Synapse, Data Factory (ADF), Data Lake, Lakehouse, Azure Databricks, ADLS GEN2, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI , Integration runtime, Git , Azure Dev ops, CICD along with Infrastructure setup.

2. Data/Dimensional Modeling Expertise : Experience in dimensional, star/snowflake schema, tool like ER Studio, Erwin or in house tool

3. ETL Development & BI : Experience designing and building ETL processes, different layers, ODS , Staging , Data warehouse, Data lake, lakehouse, data mart or Big Data, Power BI report and dashboard.

4. Data Architecture & Design : Evidence of architecting and deploying end-to-end data solutions on the Azure platform including good understanding of infra design, Cost , monitoring , error loging , alerting

5. Proficiency : Python, PySpark, Microsoft T-SQL, Pyspark and T SQL

6. Leadership Experience : Look for experience leading or providing oversight to data engineering, BI teams, or other IT and business teams.

7. Experience in Agile Environment : Scrum, Sprint Planning , Agile board like Jira or Azure Dev ops.

8. Vendor Certification (Azure Cloud) : Check for any azure technical Certification

9. Experience in Documentation : Experience in developing data management standards and documenting sources, transformations, best practices, and reports, HLD (High Level Design) or LLD (Low Level Design) , Technical Design , Run book, Best practices for data and analytics platform
