- C# / .Net Development Experience

- React Development Experience

- TypeScript, React, and related libraries

- HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap and JavaScript frameworks

- Experience with RESTful / Microservices Architecture

- Unit testing

- Experience guiding team to write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards

- Experience in guiding team to Design, develop, and deploy scalable and high-performance software solutions

- Critical thinking and trouble shooting.

- Experience in coaching software development principles and design patterns

- Experienced in guiding team in unit testing, code reviews and rapid release cycles

- Full-stack web site / web application development experience

- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
