Location: Ambattur Estate, Chennai

Experience: 5+ Years

Designation: Senior Training Specialist

Speciality: Expertise in multispecialty Denial coding and EM coding.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 3 to 4 years in medical coding.
• Need to possess 1-year minimum work experience in denial coding management.
• Need to have minimum 1 year of experience in Trainer role.

Responsibilities:

• Follow the training agenda and facilitate the training for Coding Denial Management.
• Good analytic skills and expertise to be proficient in accurately coding medical records utilizing ICD-10-CM, CPT conventions & HCPCS codes. AHIMA/AAPC Certification mandatory. Possess good knowledge in RCM cycle.
• Able to browse on payer guidelines and collate the most accurate information with payer specifics.
• Be restructured on industry information with changing updates.
• Strong ability to interpret medical records of the patients in different specialties and able to provide appropriate denial actions for the analysis done.
• Ability to communicate, have excellent interpersonal, listening skills and organizational skills.
• Able to handle diverse groups of new hires and existing coder groups.
• Provide continuous education for given set of Clients.
• Able to accommodate changes in short notice with business requirements.
• Hands on experience in coding, Training, and mentoring coders for developing capability on denial management in the organization.
• Able to work in transition Clients and provide a SME support.
• Auditing capabilities Focus and Compliance audits internally for all type of coders and auditors (ATA)
• Skillsets on enhancing their knowledge and keeping in pace with industry changes in domain etc.
• Reporting and Analysis of the trainees and making the client partners ramping up to the speed of the Client and SD/SQ teams
• Training on certification programs is preferred.
