Job Description

Managing the day-to-day operations and activities of various client assigned, ensure smooth functioning of the overall accounts.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Requires high quality impactful and analytical deliverables on assigned projects.
• Should possess a complete knowledge and understanding of client requirement - End to End accounting knowledge.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and oral, with the ability to present information at various level.
• Should have accomplished project based on time saving, Cost saving, Quality improvement and Full proof mechanisms.
• Create and maintain all process documentation and update it on a timely basis.
• Manage operations through end-to-end planning, process document review and root cause analysis.
• Assist with hiring processes and new team member training.
• New Transition-onboard client and Governance
• Drive L&D program for F&A, customize trainings per the process requirements for both freshers and career growth.
• Client handling-BAU calls, escalation management
• Ensure attrition targets are not breached.
• Review overall staff performance, tracker is maintained on leaves, BCP and process.
• Ensuring timely revert to client on their emails and clarification.
• Process KPI, Dashboards and metrics preparations
• Flexible to work in shifts.

Qualification

• Bachelors degree in accounting or finance.
• MBA Finance/M.com/ CA inter.

Job Requirements

• Ability to work with accounting concepts.
• Strong interpersonal, problem solving and planning skills.
• Ability to manage time and energies in an efficient, effective, and organized manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting tools
• Ability to maintain strict adherence to confidentiality requirements.

Experience

• 10 to 13 Years minimum experience in F&A Operations with a team size of 20 to 25 members
• Good Communication skills and ability to undertake multi tasks simultaneously and to cope with a changing working environment.
