Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Contribute to the development of automation strategies, Roadmaps and Governance frameworks, serving as a subject matter expert in UiPath.
- Experience in designing and delivering end to end RPA solutions using UiPath.
- Develop, Test and Deploy RPA Solutions in Production.
- Conduct performance testing, troubleshooting and optimization of UiPath based solutions.
- Strong Leadership skills with ability to mentor and guide the development teams, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must have .Net, C#, Java programming experience.
- Preferred to have some experience in Python/ML/NLP.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have min 10+ yrs of experience in IT with min 5+yrs as Project Manager.
- Must have min 7+ yrs RPA (UiPath) experience and life cycle.
- Excellent time management skills and multi-tasking ability
