- We are seeking a Senior Automation Consultant - UiPath to lead the design, development, and implementation of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath.

- The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in UiPath, a deep understanding of automation frameworks, and the ability to consult with clients to identify and optimize business processes for automation.

- This role involves delivering high-impact automation projects, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with stakeholders across various industries.

- 5+ years of experience in RPA development with a focus on UiPath.

- Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, UiPath Robot, and UiPath Apps.

- Experience with UiPath REFramework and state machines.

- Hands-on experience in process discovery and process mining tools (e.g., UiPath Process Mining).

- Proficient in VB.NET, C#, Python, or PowerShell for scripting and automation.

- Solid understanding of SQL databases, API integrations, and web services (REST/SOAP).

- Familiarity with OCR tools (e.g., Abbyy FlexiCapture, Tesseract) and AI/ML integrations.

- Experience with UiPath Insights for reporting and UiPath Test Suite.

- Understanding of security protocols, data encryption, and RPA governance.

- Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.
