Sales Engineer

Job Description:

We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales engineer to join our team at Access Automation Pvt Ltd
As a sales engineer, you will drive business growth by understanding customer needs, providing
technical solutions and effectively articulating the value of our products or services. Your role will be pivotal in effectively communicating technical information to customers and helping to develop and maintain relationships to build trust.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Understanding customer needs and aligning product offerings with their requirements.
2. Providing technical expertise and guidance to customers throughout the sales process.
3. Conducting product demonstrations and delivering compelling presentations to showcase
the value of our solutions.
4. Collaborating with the sales team to identify and qualify sales opportunities.
5. Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction
and loyalty.
6. Contributing to sales strategies, pricing decisions and contract negotiations based on
technical considerations.
7. Participate in sales meetings, trade shows and industry events to promote our products or
services.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics and competitor offerings.
9. Liaise with the engineering or technical team to address technical concerns or requirements.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelors Degree in Engineering
2. Knowledge on Information Technology 3. Exposure to Solution Sales
4. Strong technical background and ability to understand complex technical concepts and
effectively communicate them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
5. Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales
targets and driving revenue growth.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
7. Willingness to travel as required.
