Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of the product lifecycle. You will apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support a client, project, or entity. Your role will involve leading software development projects and ensuring their successful completion.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead and mentor junior team members- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in software development processes
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Data Engineering- Good To Have Skills:Experience with AWS Redshift, Python (Programming Language)- Strong understanding of data modeling and database design- Experience in ETL processes and data integration- Proficient in SQL and database management- Knowledge of cloud platforms and big data technologies
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Data Engineering- This position is based at our Pune office- A 15 years full-time education is required
