Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the team's performance, and making key decisions. You will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams, contributing to the overall success of the project. Key Responsibilitiesa:Analyze Requirements and recommend best solution optionsb:Estimate, Design and deliver solutions for implementations using Salesforce Products to stakeholdersc:Ensure code and configuration is delivered to meet business process, security standards and application requirementsd:Ensure on time and quality deliverye:Good to manage Risk, Issues, Delivery tracking, Status Reporting
Professional & Technical Skills:a:Must have good Salesforce experienceb:should have Salesforce Configuration knowledge including but not limited to Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, Security Model, Data Model with Solution Architect experiencec:Should be Salesforce Customization knowledge experience including but not limited to APEX, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch, Schedule Apex, VF Components, Test Class,lightening componentsd:Should have driven greenfield implementations with architect inputs for SF Sales and Service cloude:To have a good understanding in implementing salesforce specific design patterns, best practices to manage large data volume and integration and technical solutions for securityf.:Must have good communication skillg:Should be able to work in client facing rolesh:Should be able to coaching and mentoring junior resourcesi:Should be able to lead a team of more than 10 members
