Summary:As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will provide business agility and technology innovation advisory services to aid clients in outlearning and outperforming the competition. You will play a crucial role in organizational transformation and help clients achieve their goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement business agility strategies.

Assist clients in developing and implementing agile methodologies and practices.

Provide guidance and support to teams in adopting agile frameworks and tools.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote agile mindset and practices.

Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with IT service management tools.

Strong understanding of agile principles and methodologies.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

Experience in facilitating agile ceremonies and events.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.

This position is based at our Coimbatore office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
