Summary:As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the design, build, and configuration of applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Stibo Product Master Data Management and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications using Stibo Product Master Data Management, acting as the primary point of contact for the project.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Stibo Product Master Data Management.- Good To Have Skills:Experience in Agile methodologies, Java, and Oracle.- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software engineering concepts.- Experience in leading and managing development teams.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Stibo Product Master Data Management.- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
