Summary:As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will contribute to the development of custom applications using ServiceNow. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and implementing solutions, and ensuring the applications meet the desired functionality and user experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Design and develop custom applications using ServiceNow.- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the applications meet business needs.- Perform code reviews and provide guidance to junior team members.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow Custom Application Creation.ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) or ServiceNow Human Resource Service Management (HR) or ServiceNow IT Operations Management- Good To Have Skills:Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.- Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.- Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow workflows and automation.- Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide.- Familiarity with ServiceNow integration capabilities and RESTful APIs.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Custom Application Creation.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
