Summary:As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Your typical day will involve analyzing requirements, designing software solutions, writing code, and conducting testing to ensure the quality of the application. You will collaborate with team members and actively participate in discussions to provide solutions to work-related problems. Your role will require you to become a subject matter expert and work independently to contribute to the success of the project.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Analyze requirements and design software solutions.- Write code to implement software solutions.- Conduct testing to ensure the quality of the application.- Collaborate with team members to provide solutions to work-related problems.- Provide maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work.- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects or issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Architectural Design.- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.- Experience with designing and developing microservices-based architectures.- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.- Proficient in programming languages such as Java or Python.- Experience with version control systems like Git.- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.- Ability to troubleshoot and debug software issues.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.- This position is based at our Gurugram office.- A Bachelor of Science degree is required.
