Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the software and resolving any technical problems that may arise.


Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
- Analyze system logs and identify potential issues or trends.
- Investigate and diagnose software problems, providing timely resolutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in the design and implementation of software enhancements and updates.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with CRM customization and configuration.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
