Must have Skills :Core BankingGood to Have Skills :Job Requirements :Key Responsibilities :Exp. with general application support incident, change, problem management, controls,monitoring production processing, ITIL framework, industry delivery and support standards and processes, knowledge management systems, contract metrics and SLAs and ITSM toolsWorking experience on Finacle UBS version 10.2.18 or above, Knowledge of Internet Banking FEBA Ver. 11.X or higherWorking experience of Finacle ScriptingC24 / Finacle Integrator knowledge
Technical Experience :Deep understanding of banking business processes, regulations and industry trends Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving organizational goalsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients,stakeholders, and team members.
Professional Attributes :Strong understanding of software development lifecycle processes and best practices.
Additional Information, 10 to 12 yrs of exp. in Application Maintenance Services, AMS in Banking sector
