Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into process designs.

Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Design and document new business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of process changes.

Provide guidance and support to project teams during the implementation phase.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Service Fulfillment.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with process modeling and optimization tools.

Strong understanding of business process analysis and design methodologies.

Experience in defining product requirements and use cases.

Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in business process management.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Fulfillment.

This position is based at our Chennai office.
