Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems throughout the product lifecycle. You will apply your knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients and projects. Your role will involve leading a team and ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the development and configuration of software systems.

Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Manage and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.

Contribute to key decisions and provide solutions to problems.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Spring Framework.

Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.

Experience with designing and implementing scalable and secure software solutions.

Hands-on experience with Java EE technologies such as JPA, EJB, and JMS.

Knowledge of web services and RESTful APIs.

Familiarity with database systems such as Oracle or MySQL.

Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.

This position is based in Nagpur.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
