Summary:As a Senior Analyst for Exchange and Office 365, candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the administration and optimization of Exchange and Office 365 environments. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing email systems and collaborating with IT teams to support organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Assist in the management and administration of Exchange Server and Office 365 environments, including mailbox management, distribution groups, security groups, and permissions.

Support migration projects from on-premises Exchange to Exchange Online, including mailbox migrations and configuration of hybrid environments.

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions to ensure optimal uptime and performance of Exchange and Office 365 services.

Assist in implementing and managing Exchange Online Protection (EOP) and other security measures to safeguard our email infrastructure against threats.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation, policies, and procedures related to Exchange and Office 365 administration and usage.

Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new features of Exchange and Office 365 to support continuous improvement and optimization efforts.

Provide technical support to end-users, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to Exchange and Office 365.

Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills related to Exchange and Office 365 administration.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.

4-5 years of experience in managing and administering Microsoft Exchange and O365 in an enterprise environment.

Previous experience or coursework related to Exchange Server and Office 365 administration is a plus.

Basic understanding of email protocols, email security concepts, and PowerShell scripting is desirable.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Eagerness to expand knowledge and grow within the Exchange and Office 365 domain.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 technologies.

May need to work based on local time of the clients.
