Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. Your role will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting problems, and implementing solutions to optimize system performance and reliability. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of services.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Monitor system performance and ensure the smooth functioning of production systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or incidents that may arise.

Implement solutions to optimize system performance and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of services.

Provide timely support to users and resolve any technical issues they may encounter.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).

Strong understanding of database management principles and best practices.

Experience in performance tuning, backup and recovery, and database security.

Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL programming languages.

Experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager and other database administration tools.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A BE degree is required.
