Summary:As a Salesforce Lightning Aura Components Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with the team to develop and implement Salesforce solutions using Lightning Aura Components.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions using Lightning Aura Components.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Experience in Salesforce Lightning Aura Components.

Good To Have Skills:Experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Apex, and Visualforce.

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and design patterns.

Experience in developing and implementing Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and data migration.

Experience in leading and managing teams, including providing technical guidance and mentoring.

Solid grasp of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Aura Components.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Salesforce solutions.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
