Summary:As a Business Function Implement Practitioner, you will support the implementation of activities for a specific business function to improve performance for a function end to end. You will be responsible for analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes and/or defining parts of an organization. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business processes, and providing solutions to enhance performance and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Contribute to the analysis and design/re-design of business processes- Define parts of an organization to improve performance- Support the implementation of activities for a specific business function Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP EWM- Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP MM- Strong understanding of business processes and performance improvement- Experience in analyzing and designing/re-designing business processes- Knowledge of organizational design principles- Ability to collaborate and manage cross-functional teams Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP EWM- This position is based at our Hyderabad office- A Top B School MBA is required
