Collaborate with business users to define detailed product requirements and use cases. Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection to refine processes over time. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Develop innovative process improvement strategies- Implement workflow enhancements to increase efficiency Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Hotel and Lodging- Strong understanding of process optimization techniques- Experience in workflow analysis and improvement- Knowledge of business process modeling tools- Ability to identify and implement process automation solutions Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Hotel and Lodging- This position is based at our Bengaluru office- A 15 years full-time education is required
