Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support projects or clients in Kolkata. You will lead the software development process from end-to-end or for specific product lifecycle stages. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead and mentor junior professionals- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in software development processes Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)- Strong understanding of ETL processes and data integration- Experience in designing and implementing data integration solutions- Knowledge of SQL and database management- Hands-on experience in performance tuning and optimization of data integration processes Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)- This position is based at our Kolkata office- A 15 years full time education is required
