Summary:As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components, and testing efforts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to optimize our data center technology.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure requirements.

Design and build data center technology components.

Conduct testing efforts to ensure the functionality and performance of the infrastructure.

Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues in a timely manner.

Implement solutions to optimize data center technology.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in infrastructure engineering.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

Strong understanding of infrastructure engineering principles and best practices.

Experience with designing and implementing data center technology components.

Knowledge of network protocols and security standards.

Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud computing.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with ITIL framework.

Experience with automation tools such as Ansible or Puppet.

Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
