Project Role Description :Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement.
Must have skills :Microsoft Windows Server Administration

Good to have skills :Vmware Virtualization Administration
Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required

Educational Qualification :15 years full time education
Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of systems and services to meet the needs of the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Monitor and maintain the performance of production systems and services.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data.

Document and update operational procedures and guidelines.

Assist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and migrations. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with Vmware Virtualization Administration.

Strong understanding of system administration and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of networking protocols and concepts.

Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell.

Familiarity with cloud platforms and technologies.

Ability to analyze and interpret system logs and performance metrics.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
