Roles & Responsibilities:1.Lead the development and execution of the testing strategy for Oracle Utilities products.2.Oversee the use of OUTA and OATS for automated testing, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.3.Manage a team of QA analysts, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices.4.Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure that testing aligns with business and technical requirements.5.Report on testing progress, risks, and results to senior management and stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:1.Extensive experience with Oracle Utilities Testing Accelerator (OUTA) and Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS).2.Deep understanding of Oracle Utilities products and related testing methodologies.3.Strong leadership skills, with experience managing QA teams and projects.4.Proven ability to develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for large-scale implementations.5.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present testing results to senior stakeholders.
