Project Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Educational Qualification :College B Tech degree preferred

Key Responsibilities :Responsible for Email and O365 environment -Creating architectural standards-Instituting solution-testing-Defining solutions -Deal with the Final level of escalation
Technical Experience :-Strong technical experience with SMTP, Exchange / Office 365-Proofpoint Enterprise Protection Experience with TAP-O365 PowerShell and Graph API experience -Familiarity with Email Authentication services like SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and DNS record usage for email services
Professional Attributes :Ability to work in geographically dispersed teams
Educational Qualification:-College B Tech degree preferred Additional Info :-Some nights-weekends for changes done off-hours-few off-hours conference calls with colleagues
