Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday Core HCM solutions and providing technical expertise to the team.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.

Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday Core HCM applications.

Act as the primary point of contact for technical queries and issue resolution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines and budget.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Extensive hands-on experience as a Workday HCM Compensation Configurator and mandatory to have related certifications.

Strong understanding of Workday Core HCM functionalities and configuration.

Experience in designing and implementing complex Workday HCM solutions.

Knowledge of Workday integration tools and techniques.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Workday Core HCM applications.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.

This position is based at our Pune office.

Extensive hands-on experience as a Workday HCM Compensation Configurator and mandatory to have related certifications is required.
