Job OverviewWe are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with around 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices, cloud platforms, and automation tools. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our development and deployment pipelines, improving system reliability, and ensuring continuous integration and delivery.Key Responsibilities

CI/CD Pipelines:Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.

Infrastructure Management:Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises systems to ensure scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.

Automation:Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools for configuration management, deployment, and monitoring using technologies such as Ansible, Terraform, or similar.

Monitoring and Logging:Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system performance and availability. Use tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack to analyze and visualize metrics.

Collaboration:Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to understand requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support deployment activities.

Incident Management:Respond to and resolve operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure quick recovery from incidents.

Documentation:Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of processes, systems, and configurations.
Qualifications

Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:Approximately 5 years of experience in a DevOps role or related position.

Technical Skills:oProficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)oExperience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)oStrong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)oHands-on experience with configuration management and automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Puppet)oFamiliarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)oProficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash)

Soft Skills:oStrong problem-solving and analytical abilitiesoEffective communication and teamwork skillsoAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentPreferred
Qualifications

Experience with microservices architecture and service-oriented design

Knowledge of security best practices in DevOps and experience implementing security measures

Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

Experience with infrastructure as code and automated testing practices
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
