Summary:As a Service Delivery Operations Representative, you will assign and manage work assignments, drive people management activities for the delivery team, and manage service delivery quality and cost. A typical day involves overseeing team operations and ensuring efficient service delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Manage work assignments effectively.

Drive people management activities within the delivery team.

Ensure service delivery quality and cost management.

Provide innovative solutions to enhance service delivery efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery processes.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration.

Strong understanding of system administration principles.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Knowledge of ITIL framework and service delivery best practices.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.

A Graduation degree is required.
