Summary:We are looking for a Senior Automation & DevOps Engineer with a strong background in ScienceLogic tools, expert-level skills in Ansible programming, and extensive experience in Jenkins for CI/CD processes. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, automation, and IT operations, demonstrating effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role focuses on enhancing automation processes, streamlining deployments, and ensuring efficient infrastructure management.Key Responsibilities:1. ScienceLogic Tool Management Oversee and maintain ScienceLogic tools, ensuring smooth monitoring, alerting, and integration with IT infrastructure. Customize ScienceLogic solutions to improve system visibility, performance monitoring, and automated reporting. 2. Ansible Development & Automation Utilize advanced Ansible programming skills to automate infrastructure configuration, deployments, and system management. Develop, manage, and troubleshoot Ansible playbooks, roles, and modules to optimize workflows across different environments. Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance Ansible scripts, facilitating a reliable and scalable IT environment. 3. Jenkins CI/CD Pipeline Management Design and maintain Jenkins pipelines for continuous integration, testing, and deployment, ensuring efficiency in DevOps processes. Integrate Jenkins with other development and automation tools, optimizing end-to-end deployment processes.Troubleshoot Jenkins pipeline issues, identifying areas for improvement and minimizing deployment time. 4. Collaboration & CommunicationAct as a subject matter expert for ScienceLogic, Ansible, and Jenkins, assisting team members with complex issues and providing guidance on best practices.Communicate effectively with diverse technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clarity in project requirements and automation needs.Prepare clear documentation and reporting for automation processes and improvements. 5. Continuous Improvement & InnovationStay up-to-date with the latest advancements in automation, ScienceLogic, Ansible, and Jenkins, implementing innovative approaches to improve system efficiency. Lead initiatives focused on process optimization, automation advancements, and infrastructure resilience. Required
Qualifications:Experience:Minimum of 8 years in DevOps, automation, and infrastructure management. Technical Skills:Expertise in ScienceLogic tools for IT operations and infrastructure monitoring. Proficiency in Ansible programming and development for automation.Strong hands-on experience with Jenkins, especially in CI/CD pipeline management.Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in DevOps Architecture.

This position is based at our Coimbatore office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
