Summary:As an Application Lead for Application development, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to deliver high-quality solutions, acting as the primary point of contact for the project team.
Roles & Responsibilities:1. Responsible for providing technical and administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of project.2. Deploying and managing resources for support & provide the status on periodical basis.3. Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to 3DExperience ENOVIA apps & product structure apps.4.Adhere to given SLA (Service Level Agreement) and keep customer satisfaction index high.5.Provide support to end users with references to incidents, issues & queries related to client specific methodology and process.
Professional & Technical Skills:1. Experience on 3DEXPERIENCE 2021x or above. 2.Excellent written & communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.3.Experience in troubleshooting and supporting in the configuration & customization of Enovia apps (like Change management, Release Management, Program and Project, Issue and Configuration Management, Sourcing & Supplier) 4.Expereince in DM-customization, P&O Configuration, license management5.Expereince in troubleshooting 3DExpereince integration issues.6.Familiarity with ITIL processes and practices.7.Having platform and support experience in other DS products like Netvibes/CATIA/DELMIA are added advantage.8. Strong problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for details.9.Collaborate with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
Additional Information:-The candidate should have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in supporting 3DExperience ENOVIA apps & product structure apps.

Should be flexible in working in shifts on rotation basis.

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A BE or BTech degree is required.
