Summary:SI Lead role owns overall project delivery including planning, team management, client coordination and support. This role required atleast 18+ years experience in relavent domain expertise.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Leading custom development on the Salesforce.com platform

Hands-on design and development of custom solutions on the salesforce platform including declarative customization, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, data modelling, integration, and data migration

Design Salesforce solutions that cross multiple business areas within client's environment

Having a deep architectural understanding of implementing Salesforce for CRM and Commerce

Manage the development backlog and pipeline, and set priorities based on business needs

Lead and guide internal and external development teams, and ensure that sound development principles are followed

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements, and ensure smooth communication and alignment

Participate in peer code reviews and unit testing, and ensure scalability, performance, and security of Salesforce applications
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Salesforce Development, Salesforce Lightning Web Components, nCino Bank Operating System.

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.

Experience in designing and implementing custom Salesforce solutions.

Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.

Experience with Salesforce integration using SOAP and RESTful web services.

Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System and Lightning Components.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Salesforce Development.

This position is based at our Pune office.
