Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Key Responsibilities

Active Participation in all SDLC phases of Manhattan Active Omni implementation- requirement analysis, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration & customization, SIT, UAT assistance & deployment.

Active participation in project documentation - Solution Design, Functional Specifications, Setup Documents, Test Scripts, Training Materials etc.

Collaborate & communicate with SMEs & different teams to deliver as per requirement.

Maintain timeliness, quality & standards in all deliverables.

Efficient status reporting & delivery management.
Technical Experience

Minimum 2 years of project experience & profound knowledge in Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) order management system.

Nice to have configuration/set up experience in Manhattan Active Omni (MAO).

Excellent to have knowledge about ProActive development.

Good understanding of logistics domain & integration- OMS, WMS, TMS etc.

Must have good understanding of MAO process flows- order placement, sourcing & allocation, release, fulfillment, ATC, inventory, payments, tax, customer management & communication etc.

Must be proficient in SQL, XLS, data loading & management.

Good knowledge on JSON & Postman for API.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor of Engineering / Master of Business Administration or equivalent
Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Order Management Systems (OMS).

This position is based at our Chennai office.

A 15 years full-time education is required.
