Summary:As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.- Lead the design and development of applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.- Oversee the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform Technical.- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.- Experience in leading application development projects.- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.- Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Agile development methodologies.- Experience in cloud-based application development.- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Icertis Contract Intelligence ICI Platform Technical.- This position is based in Nagpur.- A 15 years full-time education is required.
