Summary:As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Microsoft ASP.NET. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of software applications using Microsoft ASP.NET, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance teams, to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Manage project timelines, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring that they are following best practices and adhering to coding standards. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as C#, SQL Server, and Azure.

Strong understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.

Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Solid grasp of database design and development, including experience with SQL Server and other relational databases. Additional Information:
