Project Role Description :Diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. There are five aspects to Performance Engineering:software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management and problem detection and resolution.

Summary:As a Performance Engineer, you will diagnose issues that an in-house performance testing team has been unable to. Your role will involve various aspects of Performance Engineering, including software development lifecycle and architecture, performance testing and validation, capacity planning, application performance management, and problem detection and resolution. You will contribute to the improvement of application performance and ensure optimal system performance.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Conduct performance testing and analysis to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.

Develop and implement performance optimization strategies.

Collaborate with development teams to optimize code and improve system performance.

Perform capacity planning to ensure systems can handle expected loads.

Monitor application performance and identify performance issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve performance-related problems.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in performance engineering.

Train and mentor junior performance engineers. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Angular.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and architecture.

Experience in performance testing and validation.

Knowledge of capacity planning principles.

Familiarity with application performance management tools.

Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.

Effective communication and collaboration skills. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Angular.

This position is based at our Chennai office.
