Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to critical business systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve application-related problems.

Monitor and maintain the performance of applications and infrastructure components.

Provide technical support to end-users and assist in resolving their queries.

Document and maintain accurate records of all support activities.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance application support services. Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.

Good To Have Skills:Experience with SD-WAN Operations.

Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies.

Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.

Experience in troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues.

Familiarity with network monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques. Additional Information:

The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.

This position is based at our Pune office.
