Summary:As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems throughout the product lifecycle. You will apply your expertise in technologies, applications, methodologies, processes, and tools to support clients, projects, or entities. Your typical day will involve leading a team of software developers, collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Lead the software development team in designing, coding, testing, and debugging software applications- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements- Ensure the software development process follows best practices and meets quality standards Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Java Standard Edition- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Java Enterprise Edition- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum- Hands-on experience with Java development tools and frameworks- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL- Familiarity with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Java Standard Edition- This position is based at our Hyderabad office- A 15 years full time education is required
