Summary:As an Application Lead for Salesforce Experience Cloud, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud to develop and implement solutions that meet business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions that meet business requirements.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, acting as the primary point of contact for all application-related issues.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery of all project milestones.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Salesforce Experience Cloud, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud.- Must To Have Skills:Strong understanding of Salesforce development best practices and standards.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Salesforce Lightning Web Components.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Salesforce Communities.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Salesforce integrations.- Solid grasp of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud.- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Salesforce solutions.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
