Summary:As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of production systems and services, meeting operational requirements, and adhering to service agreements. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Manage and support the delivery of production systems and services.- Ensure operational requirements are met effectively.- Adhere to service agreements and SLAs.- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.- Implement best practices for system and service delivery. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Commvault Backup Administration.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with NAS Architecture and Design.- Strong understanding of backup and recovery processes.- Knowledge of data protection and disaster recovery strategies.- Familiarity with storage technologies and backup solutions. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Commvault Backup Administration.- This position is based at our Indore office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
