Summary:As a Salesforce CPQ Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions using Salesforce CPQ. Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead the effort to design, build, and configure Salesforce CPQ applications, acting as the primary point of contact.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and develop solutions using Salesforce CPQ.- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce CPQ and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Expertise in Salesforce CPQ.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.- Strong understanding of Salesforce CPQ configuration, pricing, and quoting processes.- Experience with Salesforce CPQ integrations, including Salesforce CRM, ERP systems, and payment gateways.- Solid grasp of Salesforce CPQ data model and data migration techniques.- Experience with Salesforce CPQ reporting and analytics, including Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Tableau. Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ.- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Salesforce CPQ solutions.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
