Project Role Description :Deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure environment and/or applications through cross-technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), scripting, and monitoring automation execution. Manage incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all compute, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests. Manage rollout of patches and release management schedule and implementation.

Summary:As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will deploy, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure environment and/or applications through cross-technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), scripting, and monitoring automation execution. You will manage incidents with a focus on service restoration and act as operations support for all compute, network, storage, security, or automation incidents/requests. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the rollout of patches and release management schedule and implementation. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME- Collaborate and manage the team to perform- Responsible for team decisions- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams- Manage the deployment, configuration, and administration of cloud infrastructure environment and/or applications- Script and automate monitoring and execution of cross-technology administration tasks- Act as operations support for compute, network, storage, security, or automation incidents/requests Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Netapp Network Attached Storage (NAS) Administration- Good To Have Skills:Experience with NAS Architecture and Design, Storage Area Networks (SAN) Architecture and Design- Strong understanding of network attached storage (NAS) administration- Experience in managing and configuring Netapp NAS systems- Knowledge of storage area networks (SAN) architecture and design- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and virtualization technologies- Experience in scripting and automation for monitoring and execution of administration tasks- Understanding of patch management and release management processes Additional Information:- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Netapp Network Attached Storage (NAS) Administration- This position is based at our Gurugram office- A 15 years full time education is required
