QA Lead1 Must have niche hands-on experience towards UKG Kronos2 Ability to come up with test scripts according to the business requirement3 Coach and support the Quality Analysts and developers in their squad4 Ability to review the Test Cases, Test Scripts that of the junior Team members5 Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and teams members, toperform business analysis and produce relevant acceptance criteria6 Delivery of quality data and KPI
Technical Experience :1 8 years of IT experience and primarily in Workforce Management domain test lead role2 Minimum 3 years of experience in Workforce Central/Workforce Dimensions testing3 Should be able to manage large engagement4 Experienced working on various verticals Retail, MFG, Healthcare etc5 Expert in API testing JMeter, Postman, SoapUI6 Applied knowledge in databases ORACLE, SQL Server, Postgres etc7 Must have functional expertise on Kronos Basic Modules like Timekeeping, Accruals, Basic Scheduler
